Today the elves are about cookies. What does your kitchen look like after baking the cookies? This is exactly how it should look in front of the Wichtelhaus today.
The wood "biscuit" can be painted or glittered with the glittering stones. (Just not too many stones, some are still needed for the Christmas tree)
As a common activity, I suggest: bake or decorate the biscuits, tinker a gingerbread house or at least sit together at the table and later find a decorative place for the colorful biscuit.
Don't forget: Small parts can be swallowed and should therefore only be decorated under supervision.
