Returns are excluded on products that are custom made for the customer. This applies to kits, boook nooks, dioramas and digital products. Other items have a 7 day right of withdrawal. Every customer can cancel the order for free within a certain time. The time starts with the purchase. Cancellations within two hours hour are not a problem. Shipped items are not stoppable! Even items that are already posted are not stoppable.

::: Defects :::

If a product has defects, the buyer has a warranty claim, which means in plain language that the defect will be corrected.

It can happen that wood/board does not always grow ideally, knotholes and slight warping with moisture, are not defects. But please contact us, if something is not to your satisfaction, we will find a solution.

Defects must be reported within 14 days after delivery.

::: Components are missing :::

It can always happen that you forget something, we are all human beings who make mistakes. If something is missing, a short email with the order number and name is enough and we will take care of it.

Also here we point out that the articles are purely decorative - articles and are not suitable for playing.

::: Shipment takes a long time :::

In Germany is shipped by DHL, it may happen that DHL is sometimes overloaded and it takes a few days longer. It is the same for shipments to EU countries. To America, a shipment sent by USPS usually takes 20-30 days. According to our internal statistics, the average is 12-14 days via USPS. Through USPS we can ship a little cheaper to the USA.
